Classic porcelain tiles are an excellent long-term choice, as they are not affected by seasonal weather changes and do not deteriorate in freezing conditions, like some other stone surfaces. Additionally, they are resistant to acid and alkali chemicals such as fertilisers and lawn treatments. Classic porcelain will also not experience colour fading.
The R11 anti-slip finish roughens the tile surface without changing its appearance, providing enhanced grip underfoot in damp and wet weather.
Returning An Item
At Halcyon Timber, we strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.
To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase (such as a till receipt or order confirmation email) and ensure that the product is returned in the same condition it was delivered in—clean, dry, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product, whichever is later.

Getting A Refund
To obtain a refund, all goods within an order must be returned to Halcyon Timber in good condition before the refund will be processed. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were delivered in—clean, dry, and undamaged.
Please note that a 20% restocking charge applies to all returns.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment card used to make the order. Refunds take 3-5 working days to process; the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time.
