With narrow grooves on one side and a rich, textured woodgrain on the other, these boards will transform your outdoor space with sophistication. Available in Four stylish colours – Natural Oak, Charcoal Black, Silver Grey & Anthracite Grey – our reversible composite decking boards are produced from 60% recycled hardwood fibres and 40% recycled polyethylene, bonding agents, additives, and tints. All boards can be cut or sanded to suit your project needs.

Please note that due to the timber content in the composite material, natural colour variations and weathering will occur over time. An initial colour stabilization will take place within the first few months after installation, and the extent of this will depend on exposure to sunlight and weather conditions.

Our Woodgrain Effect Hollow Composite Deck Boards are reversible, giving you the flexibility to choose between a woodgrain finish or wide grooves during installation. Both sides are low-maintenance and do not require staining or painting.

Please be aware that when purchasing composite decking across multiple orders, colours may vary slightly between batches. Even within the same order, minor shade variations may occur. If you’re planning to use boards from a single order on multiple projects, they may show different rates of colour stabilization over time.

We recommend inspecting your composite boards prior to installation and considering mixing them during installation to reduce visible colour variation.

Halcyon Timber’s composite decking boards may appear slightly different in colour when wet compared to dry conditions, which can make colour variations more noticeable.

Returning An Item

To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase (such as a till receipt or order confirmation email) and ensure that the product is returned in the same condition it was delivered in—clean, dry, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product, whichever is later.

Getting A Refund

To obtain a refund, all goods within an order must be returned to Halcyon Timber in good condition before the refund will be processed. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were delivered in—clean, dry, and undamaged.

Please note that a 20% restocking charge applies to all returns.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment card used to make the order. Refunds take 3-5 working days to process; the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time.
